Road Trip Day 2

Trippin’again with my baby girl on our way to Vegas.  Last stop in Tennessee is Memphis and then we reach the promised land of Arkansas.      First sight is an amazing Pentecostal Church along the I-40 corridor.  Followed by 200-300 miles of mostly flat highway.   Fear not! The wonderful rolling hills begin shortly before you leave Arkansas and enter Oklahoma.    And wonderful Oklahoma City was just such a pleasant surprise!  The Bricktown area is loaded with charm and plenty of nightlife.  We enjoyed a wonderful stroll down by the canal and a fun night out at the Bricktown Brewery.  … Continue reading Road Trip Day 2

The lunar cycle is around 29 and a half days, and months of the year are between 28 and … Continue reading Yes, Timmy, there is such a thing as a Blue Moon

Inchworm, inchworm, measuring the marigolds….

This little fellow brought a smile to my face!      2 and 2 are 4, 4 and 4 are 8….remember the old song?   I kept watching him as he made his way across the patio and decided to take some pictures.  Brought back so many memories of my childhood!           Such a wondrous little creature….soon to become another creature entirely. He’ll soon be flying as a moth!  Don’t you wish you could see the world from these two completely different perspectives? Continue reading Inchworm, inchworm, measuring the marigolds….
