Finally a trip to La Bergerie is complete! Of all the high end choices in Old Town, this is the most genuine. Raw bar happy hours make me even HAPPIER!

Two recent trips to the Anchor Bar in Old Town Alexandria have been pleasant surprises. Nestled next to the Fish Market Restaurant and sharing food menus, this little bar is inviting, friendly and fun. Half priced oysters on the half shell are large, fresh and briny.
