Stay-puft sky…(8/2/15)

I suppose a pilot sees these sights all the time.  But for those of us who are altitude challenged, this kind of thing is pretty spectacular to behold.  While most of Michigan was being doused in strong winds and rains yesterday, we had a slight reprieve in Lewiston around 5pm.  Hopefully these pictures convey how beautifully the sky was blanketed with marshmallow-y clouds! Good friends and I were joking around one evening over many cocktails.  The topic of discussion was whether or not a Blue Moon indeed exists. The Wonderful World of Garland Resort

It’s summer in northern Michigan and the weather is as changeable as ever!  Cloudbursts all day!  Sunshine off and on!  Waiting out the evening’s shower netted me a couple of great pics!  The beloved par 3 right before our log home had a wonderful bonus tonight…..for a change….
